Building a Website

Building a website is something that can be very meticulous, difficult, but fun at the same time. Creating something that shows the hard work that went into it is a cool experience. Building a website about one’s self was difficult as well. But a website to promote ones self that can be used professionally was rewarding and useful. Students who are graduating over the next semester or two can have this website listed in a resume, and can use it to their benefit. Having a professional photo also helps put a professional touch on the website. Employers love to see a face with a name and its unique to have something like this when trying to get into the workforce full time. The website can promote someone academically, and with a career. Exploring Time, and ourselves

Making a self-reflective video, that also is interpreting a subject can be difficult. Doing this with a group can make it even harder. There is a lot to say about one’s self in only 45 seconds. Having to break up a bunch of ideas and thoughts makes this video more difficult than it may seem. Shooting the video often comes with twists and turns. Making sure the camera is in landscape, there is a steady shot that’s not blurry, the lighting looks good are all ways that shooting the video can be difficult. Luckily, having high tech cell phones that have very good cameras makes this easier for a beginner. When shooting the video sometimes it may be difficult being alone. A Twitter Experience

Twitter is a platform for famous celebrities, political figures, athletes and every day people to get their thoughts out and in front of people. It is fast and immediate which makes it more appealing to the younger generation, where facebook is slow, and often outdated material that is circulated amongst the facebook community. Twitter is a great tool for businesses to do creative marketing. It also is great for socializing with friends and family but that’s not all it is good for. A wikiHow Experience

Writing a wikiHow is not as easy as it looks. Conveying steps or directions to someone who is learning something for the first time is challenging. The challenge is what makes writing a wikiHow fun all while learning things such as coding, delivering a message in a clear way, and paying attention to detail. The hardest part about writing a wikiHow article is paying attention to detail. Doing something that is second nature to you, but not to someone else makes it difficult to get all the steps out in a clear way. Repeating the process is the best way to make sure that no details are missed. Creating the wikiHow on making Greek yogurt dough pizza required the process to be repeated 3 times. Even after repeating it several times there were several tweaks that had to be made to the steps and process to make it easily understandable for someone who has never done it. It was easy to miss small details, such as not stating to preheat the over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit as some people m...
